NEW YORK CITY - Judy Nisson, a hot dog vendor from Saranac Lake, will be a contestant in the "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire" hot seat on Thursday, Feb. 18 and Friday, Feb. 19. Hosted by the Emmy Award-winning Meredith Vieira, Millionairecan be seen in the Tri-Lakes area on WVNY (ABC), weekdays at 6 p.m.

According to a press release from the show, after losing her job at a biotech company, Judy used her savings to buy a concession trailer and now sells hot dogs in Lake Placid. Her business is called Woody's Brats and Hots. She said she loves it, but is only able to be in business 6 months of the year. With her Millionaire money, she said she would be able to open up a storefront and be in business year-round.

Judy is married to her husband Jeff, who came with her to New York City and sat in the Millionaire audience as her on-air companion for the show.

Leading up to her Millionaire appearance, Judy was having a recurring nightmare where she doesn't annunciate her "Bs" and "Ds" for her 'final answer' and gets it wrong. She came to the hot seat prepared to call out the whole answer and not just the letter choice.

After transitioning into her hot dog business, Judy's husband Jeff became sick and was out of work for a while. The couple hasn't gotten to indulge in anything other than necessities lately and is looking forward to a good night out on the town!

Judy's only had about half of a kitchen for nearly two years. She started repairs, but didn't have the money to finish. She has no cabinets, plywood floors and a stove with no backing. With some Millionaire money, she'd finish the project. Judy said that she'd like to donate some of her winnings to Alzheiner's research.

Who Wants To Be A Millionairewith Emmy Award-winning host Meredith Vieira currently is in its eighth season in syndication and isproduced by Valleycrest Productions Ltd.
