Clarence Brockway would like everyone to know how great Life Flight really is. Sylvia needed to be flown to Fletcher Allen Hospital very quickly a week ago. Brock said the weather was terrible, but Life Flight got Sylvia there in a hurry. She has undergone tests and expects to be home this week. Again, the Brockway family sends a big thank-you to Life Flight for their wonderful service to everyone.
I am sure some of the Lake Clear residents have noticed that Cecilia Delarm, our post master, has been missing for the past couple of weeks. She had surgery and is doing very well. Cecilia said she will be back to work as soon as she can. The post office duties have been handled very well by: Marianne Acquavella, Cecilia Martin, John Paye. Thank you to the three of you.
Congratulations to Robyn Dykeman, former Lake Clear resident, and Matthew Fletcher, of Saranac Lake, on their recent engagement. I am told there will be a spring or summer wedding in 2011.
