John L. MacNulty

SARANAC LAKE - John L. MacNulty, 58, of 73 School St., Saranac Lake, died Wednesday, July 22, 2009 at Adirondack Medical Center.

Born in Watertown on Sept. 5, 1950, he was the son of John and Beatrice (Metcalf) MacNulty.

John is survived by his friends, Jimmy Desso and Steve the painter from 390 Hosley; longtime friend and advocate Richard LaBombard; as well as housemates and staff from 73 School St. and the Adirondack Arc.

Calling hours will take place from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, July 25 at the Fortune-Keough Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home with the Rev. Harold Clark, pastor of the Saranac Lake Baptist Chapel, officiating. Burial will follow in the Pine Ridge Cemetery.

A reception will be held at 73 School St. immediately following the interment. All are welcome.
