It begins with a fair, sustainable school board! A board which values a quality education equally with cost control. That means limiting the out of control, over-the-top administrative contracts.

Does a school district the size of Tupper Lake?(975)need 180 staff members including a Superintendent, two principals, an athletic director, a grant writer, a director of special programs, 87 full time teachers, and 35 full time teachers assistants? Yet, with all this staff and a student to teacher ratio of 10 to 1, they only managed to achieve 16% college preparedness? Bang for your buck? I think not.
