I certainly share your concern. However, this pernicious loss of constitutional rights started with the 10th Amendment, then the 2nd Amendment (as recent as January for agregious assault of NY Safe Act) and the ADE editorial Board has been fairly quiet. When the 1st Amendment was tread upon by our federal government (AP issue), only then did you stir from your slumber. Now you are calling out the 4th amendment attacks (never mentioning NSA, etc). Good morning ...

This probably wasn't even an ADE written editorial, rather copied from a different source. But we should expect that....remember, it is the summer you know and people are busy recreating.
