| | Utica newspaper on rail-trail debateDecember 3, 2012 - Chris MorrisThe Utica Observer-Dispatcher editorialized on the rail vs. trail debate today. The big takeaway is that the O-D's editorial board thinks it's time to review the unit management plan that governs the Remsem-Lake Placid Travel Corridor: "The plan was developed in 1995 and was supposed to be re-examined in 2000, but that never happened.
