Cuomo looks to deal on minimum wage, lawmaker pay

Gov. Andrew Cuomo wants the public to have more access to legislative records.

The New York Post is reporting that if lawmakers want to increase the minimum wage and their own pay, they'll have to make their own records more accessible.

"It’s part of his price for a potential legislative pay raise, along with hiking the minimum wage, decriminalizing minor pot possessions during stop-and-frisk procedures and partial taxpayer financing of state elections," the Post's Erik Kriss reports today.
