Doheny, Owens to participate in forum tonight

Two of the candidates vying for New York's 21st Congressional District will participate in forum this evening.

U.S. Rep. Bill Owens, D-Plattsburgh, and Watertown businessman Matt Doheny, Owens' Republican challenger, will meet face-to-face for their first debate of the election season. The event is scheduled to take place from 7 to 8 p.m. at Greenwich Central High School and it's being hosted by the Washington County Farm Bureau.
