Philosophy of Fox Vs Philosophy

May 17, 2012 - John Stack
I claimed in a recent blog that the “vast majority of hate crimes and hate groups are Christian white conservative racists”. I understand some people can misunderstand this quote. Does it say all whites are racists? No. Does it say all Christians are racists? No. Evan a cursory look at this tells you that I did not call all Christians, whites or conservatives racist. I did say that racists by and large are white, and/or Christian and/or conservative. Lets be very basic. If I say all grass is green, I do not mean the converse that all things that are green are grass. (Ie- the inverse is not true, the converse in not true, but the contrapositive is true – if not green, then not grass)

That being true, what is the makeup of hate groups in America? The Southern Law Poverty Center and the ADL and the FBI keep lists of the hate groups in America. So, my supposition is that the vast majority of hate groups are White, Christian Conservative. Lets take a look at the list of hate groups in America. I guess if I were to follow my comrade Rick’s scientific methodology, I’m sure I will find out most of the hate groups are black, non-Christian liberals. Lets see who the SLPC includes in their list of 1002 Hate groups : neo-Nazis, Klansmen, white nationalists, neo-Confederates, racist skinheads, black separatists, and border vigilantes. Yup Rick. Liberals all. Lots of muslims too…

What other violent groups are there? Well, the second largest group monitored are the extreme right anti-government ‘Patriot’ groups. These are not your local American Legion members like my uncles peter and John or my grandfather George. No, these Patriot groups see the federal government as their biggest threat and condone a violent take over of these institutions (such as Timothy McVeigh who I don’t remember as a card carrying ACLU member). The SPLC documented 824 of these groups in 2010. Militias, the paramilitary arm of the Patriot groups, counted 330 groups among there numbers in 2010.

The next largest group the SPLC documents are Nativist Extreme groups. The SPLC defines these as ‘ organizations that go beyond mere advocacy of restrictive immigration policy to actually confront or harass suspected undocumented immigrants or their employers “. There were 309 such groups in 2010.

The SPLC also keeps a current list of ‘hate incidents’. In 2011-2012, it shows 34 incidents in New York – they were almost all anti—Jewish, andi – muslim, and anti- gay and anti-black incidents. (one was where the Virgin Mary was painted black and its unknown the belief behind that). None, (amazingly I guess) were against pro-life, anti-gay, anti-arab, anti-jewish people.

Yeah, there is hate in all corners. I’m would never say a Democrat or a Liberal or a gay person can’t be bad, hateful or evil. But, as I said the VAST majority of these hate groups and hate crimes are committed by those associated with far right conservative beliefs. This is a fact. This is not an opinion. The SPLC, the ADL and the FBI all agree upon this.

I also disavow the people who try to use democrats/liberal ideology to keep in the news. For every Al Sharpton, there are hundreds of Aryan Nation groups. Look onlineand you will see hundreds of blogs saying ‘liberals are the most racist group’ blah blah blah. But, there is no evidence whatsoever backing it up. Yet, there are mountains of evidence supporting the hate groups aligned with far right ideology.

The latest: 2011 marked the first year that in the US, more non-white babies were born than white babies. The tide has turned. Keep spitting into the wind. We know what will happen if if you don’t.
