Protect, others file lawsuit to challenge

Protect, the Sierra Club and three landowners (one of whom is on the board of Protect) have filed a lawsuit challenging the APA's decision on the ACR.

Here's the story we have on it today. Enterprise Staff Writer Chris Morris wrote it because I left on vacation Tuesday afternoon. I'm blogging from New Jersey, from the home of one of my best friends, who is getting married this weekend.

I'm working with Chris to follow up and will have a story tomorrow, and there will plenty more in the coming days and weeks, I'm sure!

The issue has already drawn a lot of ire on the Enterprise Facebook page. If you want to comment, please keep them polite and steer clear of swearing. Have a conversation and make arguments, don't yell insults. Thanks!
