State GOP convention update

Here's the latest from Ray Scollin, Republican state committeeman for Franklin County, who is in Rochester for the GOP's state convention:

"I spoke with George Maragos and Wendy Long during lunch. I did not see Bob Turner."

Maragos and Long are running for U.S. Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand's seat.

And just a few seconds ago Ray sent this:

"Nominations have begun. Voting very soon."
