Correction on presidential delegates

Just want to correct a mistake I made on that story/blog post about the presidential primary delegates in the 20th and 23rd districts:

I noted that the delegates were evenly split. What I didn't mention was that they are supposed to be that way. Each congressional district gets two delegates for each candidate that's filed.
