Correcting the appeal time frame

January 31, 2012 - Jessica Collier
I’ve got a correction running in tomorrow’s paper, but I wanted to clear this up on here too, just to make sure everyone knows.

In this story that ran in Saturday’s paper, I wrote that opponents of the APA board’s decision on the ACR have 60 business days to file a challenge.

That’s not right, though. It’s 60 regular days, not 60 business days.

That means they have until mid March, about March 20, depending on whether you count the actual days of the decision or not, rather than mid April.

Thanks to John Caffry for pointing that out to me.

Also, check out Will Doolittle's reaction to the Glennon interview.
