Staff recommends approval

APA Executive Director Terry Martino just said in her opening remarks that with the changes made to the ACR draft permit and conditions, staff is recommending that "the entire project can satisfy the criteria for agency approval."

Up until now, the staff had refrained from making a recommendation, saying that it's up to the board to decide whether the project meets criteria for approval. They did say that if it's approved, it should be approved with their suggested conditions.
