Agenda out for next week's meeting

January 13, 2012 - Jessica Collier
The agenda for next week's meeting is out.

After the normal intro stuff, APA counsel John Banta will give a presentation on the Adirondack Wild motion to reopen the hearing.

Then Dan Kelleher, the APA's new special assistant for economic affairs, will give a presentation on the project's fiscal impact and economic benefits.

Then throughout the rest of Wednesday and Thursday, they'll go back and forth between presentations and roundtable discussions on the project.

On Friday, there will be some talk about the Golfery, the hotel the Lussis are planning on building on the old Lake Placid Club site. Then they'll delve back into the ACR.

Commissioners are scheduled to make a final decision between 10:45 and 11:30 a.m.

But the agenda leaves time to add more discussion in the afternoon if necessary.

I should note that Lani Ulrich has been very good about keeping a strict schedule since she took the helm in November.

Get the full agenda at the APA's website.
