Some fun links

January 11, 2012 - Jessica Collier
First, there's a website called Adirondack Citizen that I just found on Twitter. I'm not really sure who runs it and can't find any "about" information on the page (I might not be looking hard enough, but seriously, that should be easy to find). But the point is that they have a poll going that asks, "Should APA approve the Adirondack Club & Resort project?"

Right now, Wednesday, Jan. 11, at 3:30 p.m., the responses are 50 percent yes and 50 percent no.

Second, Mark Wilson has a snarky cartoon on the NCPR Inbox blog. Mike Foxman is talking to the feral pigs wreaking havoc in Peru, telling them,

"If you want to destroy thousands of acres of Adirondack forest, you'll make more friends if you package it in vague promises of jobs and economic development."

Believe what you will about the project, it's a funny cartoon.

I also like the comment that references "Charlotte's Web": "That's some pig."
