Agenda and answers to last month's questions

December 9, 2011 - Jessica Collier
The agenda for next week's meeting dates is out. Go check it out at the APA's website, which, by the way, has changed from www.apa.state.ny.us to www.apa.ny.gov.

In the mailing documents, there are responses to the 100 some questions that commissioners came up with at the November meeting. I haven't gone through them yet.

According to the agenda, staff have put together presentations on a few areas that were particularly questioned by commissioners last month, including the PILOT, alternative designs, wildlife survey and habitat, Cranberry Pond and use of the Big Tupper Ski Area.

After that, they'll go through the APA's draft findings and conditions, and during that time they'll also address Issue #10, which deals with compliance.

*sigh* It's going to drive me nuts not being there to hear what happens at the meeting. Oh well. I'll try to have fun anyways. I leave tomorrow morning at 6:30 a.m., so I probably won't be posting again until I get back. Have fun, everyone!
