Right of way OK by PA
December 2, 2011 - Jessica Collier
Apparently Preserve Associates are not worried about the fact that they won't be allowed to run a power line across the right of way granted to them to cross Nature Conservancy land to get to a 1,200-ish-acre great camp lot. That's what they told the Free Press at least.
I just asked Michael Foxman what they plan to do instead to get utilities to the great camp they plan to put out there. During the right-of-way proceedings, ACR attorneys argued that selling that lot as a great camp will be necessary to the resort's financial survival.
Foxman said they'll figure something out. He did not elaborate.
