Van Cott questioning LA Group witnesses

June 21, 2011 - Jessica Collier
The Internet is sluggish today, which is why I'm not posting very much. Sorry guys.

They eventually got through all the stuff and now the APA's Paul Van Cott is cross-examining Jeff Anthony and Kevin Franke.

That only came after some struggle, though. Everyone who wanted to cross the panel tried to reserve their cross until after John Caffry, and Caffry decided he wanted to go after Van Cott. (It was kind of funny.) Van Cott made a motion to change the rules so that he could go after Caffry for a few reasons, but O'Connell denied him.

Van Cott has been basically going through with the two men all the things they've done to study the project site and mitigate the impact of the resort on the resources there. There's been a lot of changes over time. Right now, he's exploring what sort of plans there are to make sure open spaces stay open.
