Big stuff going on right now

Oh, by the way, Protect is putting on David Norden right now, which I believe could be referred to as the group's star witness. I'm pretty sure Caffry has been antsy for the last two weeks waiting to get Norden on the stand.

A survey Norden did with a colleague was referred to in the ACR application as supporting some statistics or other they were projecting. I'll find the specific reference later.

But right now, John Caffry is entering into the record a number of exhibits, graphs, studies and analysis, some of which I believe Norden compiled specifically for this proceeding, that seem to show the ACR projections as being way off, statistically.

I feel like this kind of statistical analysis has been lacking throughout a lot of the process, and I look forward to what sort of questions parties will ask him based on what he's offering. Will the developers be able to discredit what he's saying at all? Or will it stand?
