Moving on to stormwater management late in the afternoon

Testimony on wetlands was heard today from the APA's Dan Spada, the ACR's Kevin Franke, and Michale Glennon for the Adirondack Council.

That's all done now, and we're moving on to Issues 3 and 9: ISSUE NO. 3 - WHAT ARE THE IMPACTS OF THE PROPOSED UPPER PORTIONS OF THE WEST SLOPESLIDE, AND THE WEST FACE DEVELOPMENTS ON THE EXISTING TOPOGRAPHY, VEGETATION AND SOILS, WILL THE DEVELOPMENT AS PROPOSED CAUSE EXCESSIVE STORMWATER RUN-OFF, EROSION AND SLIPPAGE IN THESE AND ISSUE NO. 9 - ARE THERE UNDUE ADVERSE STORMWATER IMPACTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE BASE LODGE SUBCATCHMENT SPECIFICALLY, THE WATER QUALITY COMPONENTS (I.E., OVERBANK FLOOD AND EXTREME FLOOD) INCLUDED IN THE STORMWATER POND

The LA Group's Mark Taber and a gentleman with the last name Carr testified pretty quickly and are done now.

The APA has a witness for this issue, but he's not here today, so he'll be here tomorrow.
