| | Rebuttal of Dodson's designsApril 27, 2011 - Jessica CollierI apologize for being lax on the blog today; I'm pretty tired and having trouble keeping my head in the hearing, let alone multi-tasking. We just heard Jeff Anthony from the LA Group arguing that the alternative designs Harry Dodson presented yesterday would not be approveable based on APA regulations, with regard to its placement near wetlands, on steep slopes and with too many buildings in resource management area. Anthony took Dodson's drawings and superimposed them on several of his maps. The Council's reply was that the drawings were purely conceptual, so they would require a lot of refinement before being placed on actual maps. It looks like we're breaking for the day before giving a chance for anyone to further question Anthony. That will happen tomorrow morning at 10. Article CommentsNo comments posted for this article.
