Right now, the lawyers are arguing over the order of witnesses today. John Caffry of Protect wants to save some of his cross-examination of the APA's Mark Sengenberger until tomorrow or sometime later, because he said he has a lot of it. But Preserve Associate's Tom Ulasewicz doesn't want that cross-examination to go before his rebuttal. Looks like they've come to a decision:

Van Kott said they've decided to stick with finishing Mark Sengenberger's testimony and cross-examination today, as well as two other witnesses. But if there are troubles getting through his testimony, they may reassess.
