Lunch break

March 24, 2011 - Jessica Collier
I'm home on lunch break right now.

The ACR's witness went quickly this morning, but then the Adirondack Council put on its witness. When Tom Ulasewicz started his cross-examination, he introduced himself as "the person who's going to be cross-examining you throughout the rest of the morning and afternoon." Sounds like he's planning on being at it for a while.

He's been going through pretty much every detail of Dodson's pre-file testimony, asking him how many times Dodson was at the project site and at what times of the year and where specifically on the site and for how long.

So we can expect that to last most of the afternoon. Activity is starting back up around 1:30 p.m.
