Beginning of hearing

The hearing has begun. So far, the parties have introduced themselves and opening statements are coming soon.

Some of the parties brought up the concern that a motion could be introduced that would try to ban parties from the hearing if they miss some sessions. APA staff just made a motion to ban such a move, and several parties argued for and against it. Judge O'Connell is "collecting his thoughts" before he makes a decision on that.
