My parents had a store that failed when i was growing up. The stores here look like that did when it was going.

We need private development.

The ACR is bringing that to this community. Not just the primary jobs, but the secondary effect on the community.

I do agree that it has to be done in a responsible way.

I think they're addressing these issues.

"I fail to see why it's taken this long. It's something this community needs. It's something the APA, as a state agency, should be trying to do for us." Not asking for handouts.

Revitalization Committee always says that we want to be a green community.

But we need to rejuvenate. "We need life in this community."
