"We desperately need an increased tax base in Tupper Lake."

Believe the ski area definitely needs to be opened and revamped at the same time or maybe even before the great camp lots are sold.

We need to make sure the Big Tupper Ski Area is rebuilt and reopened in a manner that will bring people here to buy the great camps and condos.

The town's reval came in lower than the last one. Doesn't bode well for property owners. "We need to increase our tax base, and this is the only way that's going to happen in Tuppper Lake."

"We desperately need this project. I would hope that you would give us your blessing."
