I think that name is spelled wrong

New business owner in Lake Placid

Has walked from Georgia to Maine, and the Adirondacks are the most beautiful place he's seen.

He's an outsider, he was not born here, but he chooses to die here.

Does believe there are some concerns. Worries about forest fragmentation. Wants it to be built from ski resort out - sprawl contained. Worries about stormwater disposal, would like to see them kept an eye on, so the high quality of water here is retained.

Want to make sure that the cost of potential failure and potential costs to community are taken into consideration. Make sure the project is good for us, done under the watchful eye.

"I would hate to see anything happen that would end up costing the community in the future."

Hope it does go forward, but hope it does under regulations.

Have a lot of people who come through my business — stinky hikers and other woodsy people. They are concerned.
