has a sawmill in Black Brook

10 or 12 customers who travel there from TL to get lumber

It really speaks something when they have to drive an hour and 15 minutes to get something little like lumber.

When people stood up in support, they were local people expressing a local interest. APA act talks specifically about local interests.

It's up to the local people to tell the agency what the local interest is. They've seen it here. 100 percent support for project locally.

"The people spoke. That was their local interest, in seeing this thing go forward."

I think you can weigh local interest versus state interest, and don't need the outside opinions of enviro groups.

Hope no collusion behind the scenes.
