The Saranac Lake Volunteer Rescue Squad transported one person with minor injuries to Adirondack Medical Center in Saranac Lake Friday as a 2017 Nissan Rogue collided with a 2014 Budget moving truck in front of the state police Troop B headquarters on state Route 86 in Ray Brook, a Saranac Lake Volunteer Fire Department member said.
