Brunette joins ROOST to help market Saranac Lake
SARANAC LAKE — The Regional Office of Sustainable Tourism recently announced the addition of Kelly Brunette as the Saranac Lake regional marketing manager.
In her new role, Brunette will serve as a liaison between community stakeholders, travelers, and ROOST, and support the implementation of destination marketing strategies for Saranac Lake.
Brunette has been a resident of Saranac Lake for 10 years, and lives there with her husband and two children. She has most recently worked in the Village of Saranac Lake’s community development department for more than eight and a half years.
“I put roots down in Saranac Lake because I’m passionate about this community and the quality of life we enjoy here,” Brunette said. “As I did in my role at the village, I look forward to working with the chamber of commerce, the village, the town and members of the community toward increased economic vitality through tourism by promoting the very experiences that make it such a wonderful place to live.”
“Kelly has already hit the ground running,” said James McKenna, ROOST CEO. “Her in-depth knowledge of the community’s dynamic human resources, as well as the destination’s tourism assets make her the ideal person to lead collaborative efforts to promote Saranac Lake.”
